ABOUT ME

The Eclectic Artist

Michael Duboff is a freelance writer and filmmaker based out of Toronto, Ontario. He writes across a variety of mediums including prose, graphic novels, and screenwriting. With his filmmaking, Mike has worn a number of different hats while working in the industry, including directing, producing, writing and editing. He has shot a number of short films (fiction and non-fiction) as well as worked on large-studio television shows.

Michael comes from a mixed business and legal background. He has worked in the construction and marketing sectors prior to practicing as a lawyer in Toronto, first as a civil litigator and then as an entertainment lawyer.

In his spare time, Michael enjoys watching and writing about film and tv - he runs a social media blog called Mike Goes To Movies. As well, he reads, listens to and plays music, enjoys spending time with his dog and networking and working with other artists in his community.
